Statement of Warranty

Innovative Marine Safety, Inc. guarantees any part of the equipment to be free from defects in design, material, or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of original shipment.

Innovative Marine Safety, Inc. will, at our option, repair or replace FOB Wood River, Illinois, at our expense, any parts failing due to defects in material and or workmanship during the guarantee period.

Innovative Marine Safety, Inc. will not be responsible for freight charges, or for any consequential damages, or the labor to remove, or reinstall the articles on the equipment with when they are used. Our liability should be limited to the repair or replacement of defective articles only.

Under no circumstances will Innovative Marine Safety, Inc. be responsible for any expense in connection with repairs made by anyone other than the factory, unless such repairs have been specifically authorized in writing by the factory.
